TS-512A EVA RECYCLE GRINDING MILL

Application:

This machine recycles 100% of EVA waste, greatly reduce the cost of raw materials and dedicate to environmental protection.  

Features:

1. Special 4 Roll Arrangement: enable highly efficient & continuous air bubble breaking and crushing in a short time.   Recycle scrap, recover raw material characteristics, energy saving, and reduce pollution.
    
2. Precise fabrication & special roller structure design: use German grinding machine to fabricate herringbone gear embossing.  Herringbone pattern rollers are designed with differential speeds to enable efficient material tearing and crushing capability.  
    
3. Precise gear box: auto. Lubricate gear and bearing, auto gear oil filler, oil cooling circulation system to extend gear and parts service life of the gear box.  Use SCM420 carbonized treated steel and processed the gears by German grinding machine for great durability.
    
4. Continuous transportation conveyor system to save labor and time.
    
5. Use recycled materials instead of fillers to reduce the cost of raw materials in the factory, and recycled materials retain some of the original characteristics of the raw materials, which is better than fillers.
    
6. Reduce the amount and cost of garbage disposal.
